MUNCIE, Ind. (MIMS) - The Muncie Independent Media Service is sunsetting CI Radio on October 5, 2026.
“As an independent project currently operating with zero outside revenue, we can no longer maintain the overhead of our live internet radio stream,” MIMS Project Director Vivian Bostick wrote in a statement.
MIMS Audio and our podcasts are not impacted by this sunset, and will remain available at MIMS.CIMuncie.org/audio and select podcast providers.
“MIMS remains proud and committed to serving the Muncie community, and will continue to deliver the independent, local journalism you trust,” Bostick continued.
